The practice of Mindfulness has been shown to be one of the most effective ways to deal with worry, stress, and rumination. Beyond this, Mindfulness can be an effective way of increasing your sense of fulfilment and self-awareness, as well as helping you to get focused on the here and now. Mindfulness is a state of openness, awareness, and focus.

This program will guide you through a broad range of Mindfulness exercises to:

  • Help you find your way to living ‘mindfully’ with less stress and more fulfilment
  • Help you to let go of things, instead of holding on to them
  • Relax you mind and live in the here and now
